TSURUHA DRUG STORE VIETNAM – FIRST RETAIL STORE DESIGN PROJECT

As TSURUHA’s first retail store in Vietnam, this flagship project serves as a brand-defining milestone in the company’s Southeast Asia expansion.

We designed a welcoming, vibrant retail environment that blends refined Japanese aesthetics with colorful, friendly tones tailored to Vietnamese customers. Alongside TSURUHA’s iconic red, we incorporated a palette of pastel blue, yellow, pink, and soft neutrals—creating a cheerful and approachable space for all ages.

The layout features clearly zoned product areas—healthcare, beauty, mother & baby, supplements—with wide aisles, intuitive navigation, and well-marked signage. Interactive areas and promotional displays are integrated throughout the store to encourage engagement and longer customer visits.
